Your culinary expertise will help create memorable dining experiences for our guests while maintaining a fast-paced, positive environment. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures to ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas Support meal assembly and plating for service periods, ensuring timely delivery of orders Maintain organized workstations, including cleaning utensils, equipment, and work surfaces regularly Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within restaurants or food industry settings Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices Experience with menu planning and meal preparation processes Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team Prior experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is a plus but not required This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their culinary skills while contributing to a lively kitchen environment.
