Responsibilities Prepare and cook grilled items according to established recipes and presentation standards Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are strictly followed to maintain hygiene and quality Assist with menu planning by suggesting new grilled dishes or improvements to existing offerings Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized and functioning Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to deliver timely, high-quality meals to guests Monitor food temperatures and quality during preparation and service to ensure consistency Support catering events or special functions with expert grilling and food presentation skills Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within the food service or restaurant industry Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques specific to grilling Knowledge of food safety standards, handling procedures, and sanitation practices Experience with menu planning, food presentation, and catering services is highly desirable Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills for team collaboration and customer service excellence Familiarity with dietary department standards or dietary aide experience is a plus for accommodating special requests Embark on a culinary journey where your grilling expertise makes every meal memorable!
