- Weekend Availability a Must Hogwaller Brewing is busier this season than expected and are looking for a reliable and hard-working line cook/prep cook to join our energetic kitchen crew.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen Prep and stock stations with necessary supplies Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed Work collaboratively with the kitchen teamRequirements:
Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred (but not required) Ability to work efficiently under pressure Strong attention to detail and time management Team player attitude and positive communication skills Flexible schedule with at least one weekend shift requiredPerks & Benefits:
