Martha Jefferson House is seeking two dedicated and reliable Cooks to join our Dining Services team, where quality food and exceptional care go hand in hand.
We are currently hiring for:
Breakfast & Lunch Cook - Ideal for early risers preparing fresh, nourishing meals Flexible Shift Cook - Perfect for someone adaptable to varying schedules At MJ House, food is more than a meal-it s part of how we care for our residents every day. Position Summary The Cook assists the Director of Dining Services in maintaining a clean, sanitary, and well-organized kitchen while preparing wholesome and nutritious meals for residents and employees. Responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking menu items using standardized recipes and ensuring proper food storage and sanitation. May assume responsibility for kitchen operations in the absence of the Director or Chef. Why Join MJ House?
