Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Grill Cook to join our vibrant culinary team! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality grilled dishes that delight our guests. Duties Prepare and cook grilled items according to established recipes and presentation standards Ensure all food is cooked to the proper temperature and meets food safety regulations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding work areas Assist with menu planning by suggesting new grilled dishes or improvements to existing offerings Handle food with care, adhering to proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles within the food industry Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques, especially grilling Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures Previous experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is a plus Experience with menu planning, catering, or fine dining environments is highly desirable Excellent attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to work efficiently under pressure Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks effectively Join us as a Grill Cook and bring your culinary passion to life!
