Duties Prepare and cook a variety of fried menu items with precision and consistency, ensuring high-quality standards are met every time Follow established recipes and menu specifications to deliver flavorful dishes that satisfy customer expectations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fry station, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with food preparation tasks such as ingredient portioning, breading, and plating to streamline kitchen operations Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure perfect results while minimizing waste Support the team during busy service periods by efficiently managing multiple orders and maintaining a lively pace Handle food safely by practicing proper food handling techniques, including knife skills and hygiene protocols Requirements Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen environments, preferably within the food industry or restaurant setting Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with menu planning and meal preparation in a fast-paced environment Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques related to frying and food presentation Background in dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus, demonstrating attention to dietary needs and special requests Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to serve efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Ability to thrive in energetic environments, multitask effectively, and stay motivated under pressure Embark on a culinary journey where your skills make a real impact!
