Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items with precision, following recipes and presentation standards Assist in menu planning and ingredient prep to ensure smooth kitchen operations Handle food with care, maintaining proper food safety and sanitation protocols at all times Use knife skills effectively to chop, slice, and portion ingredients efficiently Support food handling procedures during meal preparation and service Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and utensils throughout shifts Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service and catering support when needed Qualifications Previous experience in a dietary department or dietary aide role is highly desirable Proven kitchen experience in a restaurant or food industry setting Strong food preparation and cooking skills, including meal assembly and plating techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Familiarity with menu planning, catering, and serving practices Excellent knife skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure Passion for culinary arts with a focus on quality and consistency Embark on a culinary journey where your skills will be valued, your creativity encouraged, and your growth supported.
