Job Description

Wined & Dined is looking for a skilled and reliable Production Chef (Prep Chef) to join our growing culinary team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in high-volume kitchens who enjoys working in an organized, fast-paced production environment. This position is based in our commercial kitchen and focuses on executing large-scale prep for both catering event and our private weekly clients with consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail. What You'll Do Execute high-volume food preparation based on a daily production schedule Follow standardized recipes with accuracy and consistency Perform a wide range of prep tasks including knife work, batch cooking, and ingredient processing Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation and dish pit Work collaboratively to meet daily production goals and timelines What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in restaurant, catering, or production kitchens Strong ability to produce consistent, high-quality food at scale Efficient knife skills and solid foundational technique Ability to work quickly and stay organized under pressure Comfortable following direction and executing a set production plan Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Schedule & Requirements Availability for 8-hour shifts, 3-4 days per week. Availability on Sundays and Mondays each week is ideal. Flexible days based on production needs Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry kitchen equipment Reliable transportation to and from the kitchen English speaking (required)
