Daily prep of pizza toppings and making dough. Opportunity to advance to the cook line. Responsibilities Prepare pizza toppings (e.g. slicing vegetables, meats and making pizza dough) Set up and stock station with all necessary supplies Cook pizzas in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Ensure that pizzas come out in high quality and in a timely manner Clean up station and take care of leftover food Stock inventory appropriately Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers Qualifications/Skills Strong knowledge of food handling and safety practices Food Handler Certification required Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in pizza preparation Summary As a Pizza Cook, you will prepare and cook a variety of pizzas to ensure a delightful dining experience for our guests.
