Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced cook to join our Kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in food service in a fast-paced bar setting and is able to multitask while still working with the rest of the team to continue a smooth operation. Responsibilities Prepare and serve meals according to menu plans. Handle food preparation tasks including chopping, cooking, and plating dishes Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food service areas Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards at all times Follow all health regulations related to food handling and safety protocols Requirements Prior experience in dietary services, culinary arts, or food industry required Knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation Experience with food safety standards and sanitation procedures Excellent food handling skills with attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required This position is integral to providing nutritious, delicious meals while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
