About the job:

Hourly Rate:

$16.50/hour - $18/hour

Schedule:

Full time 40 hours/week between hours of 6am-8:30pm with weekend availability

Job Description:

Prepares, cooks and serves food in accordance with established policies and procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Maintains an organized, clean and safe environment in the kitchen at all times. Complies with food safety standards and guidelines during all phases of food handling. Completes all required documentation including but not limited to food and equipment temperature logs. Washes and sanitizes dishes, utensils and equipment, and returns to proper storage areas as requested. Assists in assuring the proper receiving, rotating and storage of food and supplies. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education, Experience:

Previous food service experience preferred ServSafe Certification preferred
