Our concept blends bold flavors, creative cocktails, and an energetic atmosphere influenced by top restaurants in Peru. At Pisco y Nazca, we take pride in delivering high-quality food, exceptional hospitality, and memorable guest experiences. We are currently seeking a Grill Cook to join our culinary team in Reston, VA. This role is ideal for a skilled and dependable culinary professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen and takes pride in quality, consistency, and execution. What You'll Do Prepare and execute grilled menu items according to Pisco y Nazca recipes and standards Properly cook and plate proteins while maintaining consistency and presentation Set up and stock grill station for service Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the grill area Follow food safety and handling procedures at all times Assist with prep work, portioning, and station breakdown Communicate effectively with kitchen team members during service Support smooth kitchen operations in a high-volume environment What We're Looking For Previous grill cook experience required Experience in high-volume restaurant kitchens preferred Strong understanding of grill temperatures, timing, and protein execution Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable, organized, and team-oriented mindset Morning availability required Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs English communication skills preferred What We Offer Competitive pay Flexible Schedule Paid vacation (after one year) Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance (after one year) Dining discounts across all Centurion Restaurant Group concepts Growth and development opportunities within a growing hospitality group Apply Online or In-Person daily from 3-5pm at the following location: 1871 Explorer St, Reston, VA 20190
