Full Job Description Position Summary:
Operate stations with consistency ensuring food meets texture, flavor, temperature, and presentation standards. Assemble dishes while maintaining precision and speed. Prepare menu items to exact specifications while maintaining food safety. Coordinate with expo for accurate service flow.Primary Responsibilities:
Cook menu items to order per recipe and safety standards Consistency in flavor, presentation, and temperature All items cooked to correct doneness and plated properly Proper portion control with zero waste Maintain a clean, organized and safe station (no cross-contamination to GF products) Maintain a stocked, and labeled station at all times Communicate with expo and other stations to coordinate timing Properly rotate ingredients using FIFO method Manage fryer oil quality (filtering, rotation, replacement) Ability to expedite tickets efficiently for accurate fulfillment Maintain ticket times under 10 minutes during rush periods Stock when deliveries arrive and make sure items are in good condition Communicate shortages to kitchen leadershipRequired Skills & Competencies:
Speed and attention to detail under pressure Proper equipment operation Knife skills and food safety knowledge Team communication Ability to multitask and stay organized under high volume Ability to follow plating standards exactly Culinary knowledge of multiple cooking methods Pay based on experience starting at $16/hour plus tip out ($2-3)Job Types:
