In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all food is prepared according to our fine dining standards. Your expertise in food preparation and culinary techniques will contribute to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The current shifts available are all for 5pm- Close. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other culinary tools. Communicate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor food inventory levels and communicate when supplies is needed. Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and kitchen protocols. Skills Proven experience as a cook in a fine dining or high-volume food service environment. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with dietary needs and restrictions, particularly in a dietary department setting. Excellent knife skills and proficiency in using various kitchen equipment. A passion for the food industry and commitment to delivering quality dishes.
