Fine Dining Line/Grill Cook About Us:
Sidecar is a local and respected upscale dining establishment offering an exceptional and unique culinary experience with a focus on modern European cuisine. We are dedicated to providing thoughtfully crafted dishes and a memorable dining experience.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Line/Grill Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate has a background in fine dining, a passion for precision and creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial in executing our menu with consistency and an important addition for the productive flow of our team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards following chef's instructions Ensure station readiness and maintain mise en place throughout service Collaborate closely with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting Proficiency in sauté and grill cooking techniques Strong understanding of flavor profiles, ingredients, and plating standards Ability to handle high-pressure environments with composure Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Team-oriented with strong communication abilities
