Your expertise in food preparation, menu planning, and fine dining will drive the success of our restaurant's offerings. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the kitchen team to ensure efficient meal preparation and service Oversee food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards to maintain compliance with health regulations Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision, showcasing excellent knife skills and culinary techniques Assist in menu planning by developing innovative dishes that align with restaurant themes and customer preferences Supervise food presentation to ensure visually appealing plates that meet quality standards Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment Requirements Proven experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles is highly desirable Extensive kitchen experience in restaurant or fine dining settings, with a strong background in food preparation and cooking Demonstrated proficiency in food safety practices, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Skilled in meal preparation, catering support, and serving in high-volume environments Excellent knife skills and knowledge of culinary techniques for diverse cuisines Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure Strong understanding of menu planning, food industry standards, and customer service expectations Join us as a Lead Line Cook to bring passion, precision, and creativity to our kitchen!
