• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a Line Cook/Prep Cook eager to learn and to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and execution of delicious dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Duties:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
• Assist in cooking and preparing menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area
• Handle, store, and rotate all products properly
• Assist with food inventory and control
• Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures

• Skills:

• The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
• Experience in food preparation and cooking techniques
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with menu planning and catering operations
• Proficiency in knife handling and food safety protocols
