The Cook 2 position is an intermediate-level cook requiring goodmunication and culinary experience. This person should have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. This position may work in different areas of the kitchen and must be flexible to work mornings, afternoons, and evenings typically between 5:00am

• 11:30pm, any day of the week including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications Refined verbalmunication skills. 2 years of previous line experience preferred. Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred. Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills. Able to work single station in the kitchen. A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Needs to have flexible availability, 7 days a week, including as early 5:30am.
