- of line cook experience in
- high-volume restaurants
- (fast casual or fine dining

- Proven ability to cook
- steaks, burgers, and seafood to order
- temperatures spot-on, every time
- Solid grasp of
- kitchen ticket time management
- you know how to pace a board and keep the flow moving
- Quick study who can
