PM Line Cook:
Join the line for service, cook with consistency, communicate clearly, and deliver smooth, well-paced dinner shifts night after night. We're looking for experienced cooks who bring a steady presence, build strong shifts with others, and want to be part of a thoughtful team cooking great food together. Folks who do well here show up ready to contribute—focused, dependable, and team-minded. A calm presence, care in execution, and steady energy go a long way in our kitchen. Previous professional cooking experience is essential. Weekend availability is required, with evening shifts for PM line cooks. This role requires the ability to maintain pace through busy shifts, follow recipes and food safety standards, and lift up to 50 lbs. Pay + Perks Compensation Structure :
At Bluebird, hourly teammates—including cooks, servers, bartenders, dishwashers, and more—participate in a pay system that rewards teamwork and recognizes each role's contribution to the guest experience. Compensation includes a base wage plus pooled earnings from tips and service charges, distributed through a point system based on experience, skill, and responsibility. Starting Earnings:
New culinary team members typically earn $20•26/hour (base wage + pooled tips/service charges). Growth Path:
With demonstrated skill, reliability, and strong performance, culinary teammates can advance into higher earning tiers in the mid-to-upper $20s, with $30+/hour potential for experienced contributors. Perks:
