Our client is seeking an experienced and dependable culinary professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This position offers the opportunity to prepare quality food, collaborate with a supportive team, and contribute creative ideas while maintaining high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines
  • Maintain a clean,anized, and sanitary kitchen environment
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures
  • Set up and stock workstations with ingredients and supplies before service
  • Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control to ensure consistency
  • Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and reporting supply shortages
  • Work efficiently during high-volume service periods while maintaining accuracy and quality
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to support daily operations and assist with menu development initiatives Qualifications and Must-Haves
  • 2+ years of kitchen, cook, or food service experience, or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures
  • Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strongmunication, teamwork, and time management skills
  • Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and portion guidelines
  • Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40-50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hire
Pay Details:
