In this upscale environment, specializing in Prime Steaks and Global Seafood, you will be surrounded by first-class team members and have opportunities for upward growth. We are currently looking for an experienced full-time skilled Line Cook. We are open 7 days a week serving lunch and dinner. Candidates need to be friendly, hardworking, flexible, team players, and able to communicate in English.
Rate:
$22-$27 per hour based on experience plus a percentage of service charge What we offer

Reliable transportation to and from work. Knowledge of and ability to consistently prepare all food recipes and sub-recipes as instructed by the executive chef and/or general manager. Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbal and written form in a professional manner. Ability to expedite tickets accurately and timely, and read/understand the kitchen monitors or printed tickets, behind the cooks' line. Must have knives and other small hand tools as part of the uniform. Proper cooling and storing practices per health department rules and regulations. Knowledge of proper techniques for making stock, sauces, sauteing, grilling, poaching, and plating. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to follow directions in a fast-paced environment; manage time effectively, and work well in a team environment. Must possess excellent customer relations, sales, & communication skills. At all times during employment, you must have a valid Washington State Health Card and any other government-required cards. A desire to learn, and grow, and a passion for progress in this career.
Responsibilities:
Performs all culinary duties and responsibilities to achieve overall success of the operation. Prepares food orders for guests using prescribed recipes and standards.
