Requirements Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly preferred. Proven skills in menu planning, food preparation, cooking, and serving within a food service setting. Hands-on experience with food handling, kitchen operations, and maintaining sanitation standards. Background in restaurant or culinary environments demonstrating strong knife skills and meal preparation capabilities.
