Job Description

Reports To:
Head Cook and Food Service Director Job Goal:
Prepare nutritious, appetizing meals for students.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Possession of Food Handlers Permit. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must pass physical. Fingerprinting is required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with diabilities to perform the essential functions.
Performance Responsibilities:
Prepare and service required food material according to standard recipes, menus or verbal instruction. Operate cooking and kitchen equipment. Clean kitchen equipment. Keep kitchen clean and sanitary. Direct student helpers. Upon request, use computer software program in conjunction with the breakfast program for reporting purposes. Upon request, transport food to/from satellie kitchen. Perfomr related duties as requested and required for efficient operation of food service program.
