Job Description
The Kingston Ale House is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team. We are a family-friendly casual dining restaurant serving burgers, seafood, pasta, steaks, and classic pub favorites. We're looking for someone who thrives in a team environment and takes pride in preparing quality food with consistency and attention to detail. ###
What We're Looking For:
- Prior kitchen or line cook experience required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and plating consistency
- Dependable, punctual, and motivated
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy service periods
- Initiative and willingness to jump in where needed ###
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
- Help ensure timely ticket execution during service ###
Pay & Benefits:
