Part-time (15 - 20 hours/week)

What You'll Do:

As a JC Cook, you ll be the face of Jeremy s Chicken, bringing high energy and care to everything from food prep to customer service. You ll help us create meals that are as nutritious as they are delicious while making sure each customer feels like part of the JC family.

Your Responsibilities:

Food Preparation & Quality ControlPrepare and serve our menu items, ensuring each dish meets our high standards of freshness and flavor.

Prep fresh ingredients in our kitchen to be used on food truckKeep the food truck and kitchen areas clean, organized, and safe, with proper labeling and storage of ingredients.

Monitor food quality throughout your shift and ensure every dish aligns with JC s brand promise.

Customer ServiceGreet customers with a smile, explain our menu, and answer any questions.

Handle cash, manage the register, and upsell when it makes sense.

Deliver exceptional customer experiences in every interaction.

Food Truck OperationsSet up and break down the food truck at various locations, ensuring equipment is operational and safety protocols are followed.

Keep the serving area clean and well-stocked to create an appealing and hygienic experience.

Team CollaborationWork closely with the team, including Jeremy, to ensure smooth operations and fantastic service.

Support your teammates by stepping in wherever needed to keep the truck running smoothly.

Other duties as assigned.

Experienced food service professionals with a passion for customer service and healthy food.

Leadership qualities and a self-propelled work ethic we re looking for individuals who can take initiative and work efficiently both independently and within a team.

Ability to handle a fast-paced environment while keeping cool under pressure.

Strong communication skills with a team-first mentality.

Additional Requirements:

Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the food truck s schedule.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 20-40 lbs regularly.

Comfortable posting on TikTok and Instagram during downtimes
