Job Description
Job Summary The Mount Vernon Calico Cupboard Cafe & Bakery is looking for a breakfast/lunch cook, steady year around work in a fast-paced team oriented made from scratch kitchen. We offer competitive wages, free shift meals, paid time off, company contributing 401k and awesome tips! We are open for breakfast and lunch, so you'll always have your evenings free! Responsibilities and Duties Preparing soups, batters, sauces, vegetables and daily special items following house recipes from scratch in our prep kitchen Line cooking menus items to order in a timely manner, alone and with other team members. Daily set up and cleanup of breakfast & lunch line Working well with other team members Qualifications and Skills Over 18 years of age Previous line & prep cooking is a plus Willing to train qualified individuals Benefits Company contributing 401k after one year of employment Paid vacation after one year of employment
