Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking skilled and dedicated individuals to join our team. We are looking for someone with a positive, upbeat attitude to foster a positive work environment. If you have a passion for cooking and providing exceptional service, we encourage you to apply. Pay is hourly plus tips.Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes
- Work with other team members to ensure smooth, efficient operations in the kitchen.
- Ensure all food is handled, cooked and stored safely, following proper food safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a cook in a restaurant or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety practices
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Open availability and strong attendance is a necessity.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Must be 18 years of age or over
