Rosie's is looking for dependable Kitchen Team Members to join our growing crew. This is a hands-on position. You'll be prepping, cooking, cleaning, organizing, stocking, and helping ensure every guest receives a great experience. Compensation & Perks Starting Wage:
DOE +tips Tips currently average approximately $8.00/hour additional compensation Growth opportunities available for motivated team members Flexible scheduling when possible Work alongside a team that values accountability, hospitality, and communication Key Responsibilities As a Kitchen Team Member, you will help keep the kitchen running smoothly and support the team in delivering consistent, high-quality food. Prepare food according to Rosie's recipes and standards Assist with daily prep production and dough preparation Maintain backups of ingredients and high-use items Follow all opening, closing, daily, and weekly task lists Receive, label, date, and properly store inventory Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen Follow health department and food safety standards Communicate effectively with coworkers and management Assist wherever needed to support the success of the team Who You Are We are looking for reliable, hardworking people who enjoy being part of a team and take pride in doing things the right way.
The ideal candidate:

We can teach skills. What we're looking for is someone who is dependable, coachable, and willing to learn. You understand that every role matters. Whether you're stretching dough, washing dishes, receiving deliveries, cleaning grease traps, helping a coworker, or preparing food for a guest, you recognize that small actions add up to a successful service. Qualifications Valid Washington Food Handler Card required Kitchen experience preferred but not required Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed What Success Looks Like When you succeed, the whole restaurant wins. Prep is completed before it becomes urgent Dough and backups are consistently maintained Daily and weekly tasks are completed without reminders The kitchen remains clean, organized, and stocked Food quality remains consistent Coworkers know they can rely on you Guests receive a great experience every time This role is an excellent stepping stone for anyone eager to build a career in culinary arts or the broader food industry.
