Do you know how to cook? Duties Prep and prepare a variety of ingredients and dishes according to established recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards. Utilize kitchen equipment and tools effectively, including knives and other cooking utensils. Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Provide support to other kitchen staff as required, fostering a team-oriented environment. Ware washinging as needed. Requirements Proven experience in meal preparation within the food industry. Solid culinary skills with an understanding of various cooking techniques and methods. Food safety is our top priority, solid knowledge of Washington State Department of Health food safety rules and regulations is imperitive. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. A passion for cooking and a sense of fun.
