Job Description:

We are looking for a Line Cook to support our kitchen operations. We have expanded our daily offerings, and are looking to add a member to our culinary team to continue growing our program. The ideal candidate will be reliable, efficient, consistent and have a positive attitude. Please note that the position's hours may vary in the winter months as our new offerings become established.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily food preparation, including chopping, dicing, and organizing ingredients.
• Prepare menu items in cooperation with the kitchen team and company standards.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and food storage areas.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, including food safety and sanitation.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with inventory management
• Collaborate with the kitchen manager and kitchen staff to meet service deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a prep or line cook.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
• Ability to follow recipes and directions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Pay:

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
