We take pride in offering top-notch service, and this extends to our dining offerings. We are seeking a part-time Line Cook to join our culinary team.Job Description:
We are looking for a Line Cook to support our kitchen operations. We have expanded our daily offerings, and are looking to add a member to our culinary team to continue growing our program. The ideal candidate will be reliable, efficient, consistent and have a positive attitude. Please note that the position's hours may vary in the winter months as our new offerings become established.Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily food preparation, including chopping, dicing, and organizing ingredients.
- Prepare menu items in cooperation with the kitchen team and company standards.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and food storage areas.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including food safety and sanitation.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with inventory management
- Collaborate with the kitchen manager and kitchen staff to meet service deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a prep or line cook.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
- Ability to follow recipes and directions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
