Whether it's a post-round meal or a special celebration, we are committed to making every occasion memorable. We are currently seeking talented and dedicated cooks to join our culinary team.

Position Overview:

As a cook at The Table, you will play a crucial role in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that delight our guests. You will contribute to a dynamic kitchen environment and ensure that all food is prepared to our exacting standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature and presented attractively.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries, ensuring proper rotation and freshness.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely service.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food and supplies.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all sanitation and food safety guidelines.
• Contribute to menu development and special event preparations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a cook in a restaurant setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Culinary degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
