In this role, you will play a vital part in the food preparation/Cooking process process, ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. As a Cook, you will assist in preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the overall culinary operations of our restaurant. This position is ideal for individuals looking to advance their skills in the food industry while contributing to a dynamic kitchen environment. Duties Prepare and chop vegetables, meats, and other ingredients as directed by the head chef or kitchen manager. Assist in assembling dishes and ensuring that all components are ready for service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper storage of food items. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of shortages. Collaborate with other staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Skills Knowledge of various cooking techniques. (We will train you) Experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
