Availability requirements:

Shifts typically range 8 hours, with varying start and end times. What you will be doing Be knowledgeable in our menus and the preparation of the items| Prepare to open and close the line according to operational policies and standards | Assists with stocking and organizing inventory as deliveries arrive The ideal candidate for this position Previous restaurant experience required Previous line cook experience preferred Adheres to all local and national food safety laws Ability to work a flexible schedule Open availability
