Job Description

OVERVIEW
The Breakfast Cook prepare and provide Members and Guests with quality food in a timely, professional manner.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Gather and prepare tools needed for the shiftOrganize and standardize station area itemsPrepare food, following WAC recipes and plating standardsHelp on the cooking line as neededMaintain cleanliness of walk-ins, machinery and equipment, floors and other areasReport any needs or suggestions to improve productivity to the supervisorOther duties as assigned.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONSA
minimum of two (2) years of experience in the food preparation industryHigh school diploma or equivalentWashington State Food Handler s PermitStrong communication skills and a customer service mindset
