Restaurant Homer is located in the Beacon Hill neighborhood of Seattle. We serve Middle Eastern/Mediterranean-inspired cuisine through the lens of Pacific-Northwest produce. All of our food is prepared with wood fire, either in our wood-burning oven or over our hearth fireplace. No gas line. We make everything in-house- naturally leavened breads, yogurts, miso, fermented vegetables, whole animal butchery, charcuterie, etc... We have a very seasonal menu that changes on a regular basis and love working with local farmers with the freshest ingredients. Our kitchen is an extremely collaborative work environment where everyone contributes to the success of the team.
