line cook $25-$32 per hr including tips

Serafina and Cicchetti restaurants are looking for a line cook. Hourly wage plus tips will average between $25-$32 per hour. This position could potentially grow into a sous chef role. Serafina has been in operation since 1991 and Cicchetti since 2009. We are a well-established, award winning fine dining restaurant group on Eastlake Union. Qualifications for line cooks are as followed:

Minimum 3 years experience in a fine dining establishmentAbility to take and give direction on various tasks and execute tasks efficiently and timelyCulinary degree preferred but not requiredExperience and a proven track record in inventory management, ordering, and local sourcing are requirements for this positionPunctual and professional with the desire to hold co-workers to the same standard A firm grasp of traditional cooking methods and excellent knife skillsAbility to perform under pressure in high volume situationsExtensive product knowledge in relation to seasonalityStrong communication skills are a requiredExperience with regional Italian and Mediterranean food is a huge plus.
