Job Description

Tavolata is a pasta-driven Italian restaurant with a deep respect for Northwest ingredients, seasonality, and technique. We are the original Tavolata, and the first restaurant in the ESR family (opened in 2007). We are passionate about scratch cooking, thoughtful preparation, and creating an experience that brings people together at the dinner table. We are currently seeking Line Cooks to join our team. Looking For:
Excellent knife skills and a strong understanding of basic cooking methodsMotivated by making great food and delivering memorable guest experiencesStrong communication skills and a collaborative mindsetSelf-driven with a desire to grow and build a career in the kitchenPrevious experience in a high-volume, scratch kitchen is preferred
