Job Description

Join the kitchen team at Messina Modern Italian Kitchen, a bustling Italian restaurant in Lower Queen Anne looking for a skilled Line Cook to work our PM shift. We're seeking someone who thrives under pressure, maintains high quality standards, and wants to be part of an established, tight-knit kitchen crew.
About Us:
Messina is a medium to high-volume restaurant with a passionate team that's been cooking together for over a year. We value consistency, craftsmanship, and creating great food night after night. Our kitchen operates primarily in Spanish, so fluency or strong working knowledge of Spanish is essential for this role.
What You'll Do:
Execute Italian dishes with precision and consistency during evening serviceManage your station with attention to quality, timing, and food safetyCollaborate with a experienced kitchen team to keep service running smoothlyPrep ingredients and maintain your station for quality and efficiencyAdapt quickly to high-volume periods while maintaining standards
