This role offers an opportunity to contribute to menu planning and ensure food safety standards are maintained, supporting our commitment to exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards experienced line cook with pizza and pasta experience is preferred Assist with menu planning and ingredient selection to optimize flavor and presentation Handle food with proper safety and sanitation practices, adhering to food handling regulations Perform meal preparation tasks efficiently, including chopping, portioning, and plating Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and utensils throughout shifts Support catering events and special functions as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service Ensure all food served meets safety standards and quality expectations Experience Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is highly preferred Background in dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus Proven culinary experience with strong knife skills and food preparation expertise Familiarity with menu planning, food safety protocols, and food industry best practices Experience in cooking, food handling, meal preparation, and serving in fast-paced settings Join our team to showcase your culinary skills while contributing to a dynamic dining environment focused on quality and safety.
