Looking for experienced line cooks with finesse. What it's like to work with us:

We are a growing company looking to build our team with full-time, consistent line cooks. We are NOT a typical catering company. We are former restaurant chefs with backgrounds in fine dining. We are looking to build a new era of fine dining in catering. Tired of long, exhausting restaurant shifts? Tired of working every holiday? Tired of no creative input on the menu?

..We are actively seeking Line Cooks/Prep Cooks who are ready to bring their mastery into a more sustainable, collaborative kitchen.
You need:
exceptional knife skills, strong time management abilities and a keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation:
Execute recipes and presentation, ensuring consistency and quality.
Station Management:
Manage and maintain your assigned station
WITH IMPECCABLE
CLEANLINESS.
Timing and Coordination:
Work efficiently under pressure to ensure timely preparation and delivery of dishes, coordinating with other team members to meet service demands.
Food Safety:
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling, storage, and labeling of ingredients.
Quality Control:
Monitor cooking processes and adjust techniques as needed to maintain high standards of taste, texture, and presentation.
Ingredient Preparation:
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, slicing, and measuring, following recipes and instructions.

Qualifications/Things to Know
  • We are a full inclusive kitchen and DO NOT tolerate bigotry, sexism, racism, etc. etc. etc.
  • Pay is DOE plus higher hourly rate for off-site events & tips
  • Working towards offering health insurance benefits for FT employees (by
