Position OverviewWe re looking for a strong Pantry Cook to join our kitchen team and help execute the Lady Jaye 4.0 menu at a high level. This position is focused on fryer execution, sides, salads, dishwashing, and maintaining consistency during busy services.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and understands that every plate matters.

ResponsibilitiesExecute fryer items including fries, chicken tenders, and seasonal specialsPrepare salads, sides, sauces, and pantry items consistently and efficientlyDishwashing and maintaining clean kitchen equipment throughout serviceMaintain a clean, organized, and stocked station throughout serviceWork with urgency while maintaining quality and consistencyCommunicate clearly with teammates and expediters during serviceHandle multiple tickets while keeping timing tight and accurateFollow recipes, prep lists, and kitchen systemsSupport the team and jump in wherever needed during busy servicesRequirementsPrevious kitchen or line cook experience preferredComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong sense of urgency and attention to detailPositive attitude and team-first mentalityAbility to stay organized and focused under pressureWillingness to help with all aspects of kitchen operations, including dishesPassion for cooking and pride in executionSpanish/English is a plus, but not required
