PT (Seasonal) Line Cook

Line CookWe're adding a seasonal part-time line cook for the FIFA World Cup season from June 15 through July 6. This is a great opportunity to work at the original Elysian Brewing location! Additionally, there will be opportunities to pick up shifts from July-September.

We are looking for a professional line cook to prepare food to Elysian Brewing specifications and to set up stations for the menu. Line cook duties will consist of assisting with all their daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction goals.

ResponsibilitiesAssisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stationsPreparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks Plating prepared foods based on senior chefs guidanceWorking with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on timeWashing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulationsSkillsProven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cookExcellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and proceduresAccuracy and speed in executing assigned tasksFamiliar with industry's best practices
