Solette Rooftop is hiring a Sushi Cook I to join our rooftop kitchen in Seattle. We re looking for someone with strong knife skills, solid station discipline, and a genuine passion for quality ingredients and great food. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen focused on seasonal, shareable dishes and memorable guest experiences.
