Job Description

We're looking for a hands-on Kitchen Manager who can cook, lead, and handle the back of house without needing constant direction. This is a working position, you will be cooking every shift.
What You'll Do:
Cook on the line and lead during rushes Handle inventory, ordering, and food prep planning Keep kitchen clean, stocked, and organized Create specials and help keep the menu fresh Jump into dishes, prep, or anything needed to keep things moving
What We're Looking For:
Strong line cook experience (lead or kitchen manager preferred) Comfortable taking ownership of the kitchen Organized and consistent Works fast without sacrificing quality Weekend availability required
Pay:
Starting at $17.20hr or DOE + growth potential This is for someone who wants real responsibility and isn't afraid to run a small kitchen.
