Pay Range:
$20-$23
DOE Responsibilities:
Ability to make appropriate substitutions to menu when necessary and report such to dietary manager Ability to plan and organize time and food preparation to specified time Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment Review of tray card to assure that current food information is consistent with food served Assemble food trays according to diet and resident's food preferences as written on diet ticket Follow posted cleaning schedule utilizing proper sanitation and cleaning methods Follow infection control and safety measures Other duties as assigned by
Cook or Dietary Manager Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of one year cooking in retirement/hospitality environment Current Food Handlers Card Ability to speak, understand, read and write in English Experience in skilled nursing facility preferred
