Duties Prepare and cook a variety of menu items following established recipes and standards Assist in menu planning to ensure balanced and appealing meal options Handle food with care, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines Use knife skills and other culinary techniques to efficiently prepare ingredients Support food service operations by plating dishes attractively and timely Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours Qualifications Prior experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant environments Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations Skilled in meal preparation, catering, and serving techniques Excellent knife skills and familiarity with culinary tools and equipment Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of menu planning, food industry standards, and kitchen operations Join us to bring your culinary talents to life!
