Line Cook

The Cliff House in NE Tacoma is seeking a motivated line cook to join our team. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items with precision, maintaining consistency and quality across all dishes Follow established recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards to ensure customer satisfaction Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols at all times Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including knives, utensils, and cooking equipment Experience Previous kitchen experience in a restaurant or food service setting is highly preferred Familiarity with food industry standards related to food safety and sanitation practices Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques such as grilling, sautéing, baking, or frying

Pay:

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
