Job Description
We are a small family-owned restaurant in Tacoma and we're in the middle of rebuilding. Not the space, not the concept.... the culture. And we're close. Really close.
Our BOH team is mostly locked in. Good people, solid cooks, the kind of crew where everyone pulls their weight and nobody makes it weird. We just need one more person to complete it.
That person is you if you're the right fit!
Here's where we're at honestly:
We've done the hard work of clearing out the drama and the dead weight. What's left is a small, tight kitchen that's starting to find its rhythm. You'd be walking into something that's coming together, not falling apart.
If you've ever been part of building something from the ground up you know that feeling when it finally clicks. That's where we're headed. We'd love to get there with you.
What the job is:
Mostly Saute station, evening service (you will need to help with some prep as well)$20- $25/hr + tips DOESmall team, real ownership of your stationFamily-owned, no corporate BSWhat we need from you:
Solid saute experience... you know your stationCalm under pressureGood energy, not fake positivity, just genuine good energy (really just looking for a good attitude!)Food handler's cardShow up. Every shift. That's honestly half the battle.
