Duties Prepare ingredients and assist in meal assembly according to established recipes and menu specifications Cook a variety of dishes with precision, ensuring consistency and presentation standards are met Follow food safety protocols diligently during food handling, storage, and preparation processes Support menu planning by suggesting ingredient substitutions or adjustments based on availability and customer preferences Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including proper knife handling and equipment sanitation Assist with catering orders and special event preparations to ensure timely delivery of quality meals Serve food efficiently to guests or team members while maintaining excellent customer service standards Skills Proven experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within restaurant or food industry settings Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for sanitation and hygiene Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment Experience with menu planning, food service operations, and catering is a plus Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and support seamless kitchen operations Embark on a rewarding culinary journey with us!
